Big City Grill, Co. at 2490 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida.

I order from Big City Grill usually a few times a month & most times when I get food I order sweet potato fries. They are frequently out of them when I order for some reason which is disappointing but I just get an alternate item. The last time I ordered though made me not want to continue ordering from this location. The sandwich I ordered was missing several toppings & I ended up having to make up for that by using items in my house to put on the sandwich. I called to let a manager know so that maybe I could get a credit some other time for just the sandwich. I had already eaten the fries & half the sandwich anyway. But he wanted to instead send somebody back out to get the food, then give me replacement food. I didn't want somebody to have to go through the trouble of coming back out ro bring me replacement food that I wasn't going to eat. I didn't want an entire new sandwich right then because I had eaten half of the other that was messed up & the fries. So if they would've brought another right then, it would have just gone to waste. It just wasn't a good experience & I wish there was a different location I could start ordering from. However there aren't any other stores in my area.
